Kelley Greim

Kelley began her career in a traditional classroom setting. She discovered that kids with challenging behaviors were her passion. This passion lead her to be the classroom teacher for an elementary alternative school where she learned and practiced strategies that work with challenging kids.

While staying home to raise a family Kelley opened her own business, Greim Behavior Consulting. She now counsels with schools and in private homes to help clients implement strategies to bring harmony to their environment.

Kelley has presented at many state and local conferences sharing her expertise on helping improve behavior in all types of settings. Kelley is an engaging and energetic trainer for the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. She enjoys sharing her Time To Teach workshops strategies helping teachers eliminate those behaviors that interrupt teaching.
